Video from one of our fights in MO from the eyes of one of our new members Acebane.
The whole city "alliance" was there.

Looooooooooooot WHORE.

Is being a loot whore like this as bad as was in Darkfall?

The game looks like it could be interesting but my peeves are the sound and combat.

Is it just the camera man or is the combat really that basic?
Or did you guys outnumber them a bunch. I seen a bunch of you but not a lot of them, unless the render distance is low and they ran for the mountain which is why you ended up rolling up it. I couldn't tell.

Combat has a decent skill cap, the guy filming is a good pvper but the side he/we were on was a Zerg ( city defense so not really but....yeah). The group pvp aspect of the game seems to be undeveloped as far as players have gone (this does not mean the game is lacking pvp features) most groups of players roll around looking for fights and win because of numbers or gear not due to player skill or strategy.

Not exactly the case, it is still about how skilled you are whether or not you are in a large group, hell i've seen 1 man take on a group of 15 in this game and the thing is the people he was fighting were half decent.

So the real factor in this game that I find wins fights is teamwork e.g focussing targets and chewing away at a teams members no matter their size.

I'm sorry my explanation wasn't very clear I agree with you 3 guys can take on 15 guys and win. What I was saying is that many clans are unskilled and an organized clan like ours could kick ass.

One of the best groups in MO (7L) Have shown us that skill and teamwork is huge in this game they had 5 people outside of our town the other day ... we(the town folk) had about 15 to fight them.. ya it was embarrassing anytime they pushed us we would lose 6 or 7 people and theyd lose none.

Don't get me wrong numbers and gear help but if i would compare this to darkfall UW a good group in this game versus a zerg has a much better chance of winning against a zerg than what you would in darkfall.

What you saw in the video was a few off of an even fight but rpk is a piss poor group. If you get a good push on them they crumble and all there is to do is poke the people who over extend. Spears are one the most basic weapons in my opinion because all you do is poke poke poke poke poke and poke.

When it is just us TNT on the field we have took out some decent numbers our self and we seem to do better than most of the groups out there for how new we are.

This game has decently slow paced combat though so ... ya.... if you dont like that kind of style probably wont be fun for you Life. You should try it out since you can jump into it as F2P and make your mind up yourself. We will get you gear teach you basically help speed level you character  (i would help you choose a build for what you want to play as) and join in some fights . Keep in mind leveling a toon in this game is retard fast. We could max your stats out in a hour.... and most skills in a few days and thats if you want to max shit out (which you cant max skills as F2P)
